PPC Tour hits Isle starting Monday
The PPC Poker Tour, based in Pompano Beach, stops at the Isle Casino on Monday for a four-day event. Players can enter at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. or 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
The finals are at noon Thursday. Players start with 9,000 chips and the top two finishers receive prize packages to the PPC finals in Aruba (worth $5,000). The event guarantees $110,000 in prize money.
Overall, the Isle will host six PPC Poker Tour events 2016.
“After two very successful events in the 2015, we are excited to announce six events in 2016,” said Sandy Swartzbaugh, Commissioner for the PPC. “Our series at the Isle offer affordable buy-ins and big guarantees. Close to 30 players will win packages to the 2016 PPC Aruba World Championship this year featuring a $2,400 buy-in, $500,000 guarantee.”
Event dates for April, May, June, August and September of 2016 to be announced.
